‘Water’ Waiting For You? Adventure waits in Colorado (2)

Experience a holiday in Santiago we culminated with the return farewell feast of seafood restaurants in the local luxury. Before departing to the airport, we toured the Cavas del Maipo Winery. We enjoy a fantastic lunch of BBQ steak and imbibed on endless wine, including several vintages which rank among the nations that export the most glorious. (more…)

White-water rafting and kayaking: They set a Colorado adventure, helped forge friendships, and now, is roaring into action. Thanks this winter’s snow, Colorado’s 13 river system which is very good for the country in the form of a white-water season. (more…)

“Peaks of vineyards & Chili Nana” (2)

The next day we rafted the powerful Petrohue River in grade 3 and 4 white water Rapids. Four people fell from an overturned raft but wet suites provided protection from the cold water and the expert guides in kayaks are able to quickly retrieve all. This excursion for me is the highlight of the trip. (more…)

Provided we continue to dramatically Kodak over time. He is the end of the spring in the area and the weather is cooperative with a lot of sunlight. However, this is land that is unexpected is the norm, so we came prepared for occasional wind and rain. (more…)

Overeagerly also not presumptuous to say that whoever you are, this Bavarian capital will have you head-over-heels enamored with some or all part of the eclectic mish-mosh culture. “Incredible India” to the Pushkar Camel Festival (2)

Set on miles of shifting sand Dunes with festooned camels and a flood of pilgrims, the scene looks totally Surreal. Its like a State Fair on steroids. There is confusion of horse, bullock and camel races, contests for milking, animal decorating, turban Tying, tattooing and snake charmers, free carnival rides, mystics, and experts from the dazzling craft stalls at giveaway prices. Land reverberates with activities. Thousands of Rajasthani woman have arrived dressed in their finest clothes in near neon colors. I watch trained monkeys, painted cows and cobra’s dance. There are no adequate words can describe how this helter skelter overwhelms my 5 senses. It’s the European cathedrals and museums. For me, this exotic and cultural immersion exposure is the journey!
